Virtually Golf Wins the GEM Awards 2025 for Experience & Entertainment.

We’re over the moon to announce that Virtually Golf has been honoured with the GEM Award 2025, Experience & Entertainment, as part of the prestigious Lincoln BIG GEM Awards.

This accolade recognises businesses in Lincolnshire’s area that go above and beyond in creating standout customer experiences, and to have been selected among the finalists and then emerge as winner is a real testament to our team.

What are the GEM Awards?

The GEM Awards, organised by Lincoln BIG, aim to shine a spotlight on local businesses across categories such as retail, hospitality, entertainment, wellness, and more. Each year, mystery shoppers and an independent evaluation team assess customer service, experience, and excellence.

In 2025, Virtually Golf was shortlisted in the Experience & Entertainment category, and at the awards ceremony on 2 October 2025, we were thrilled to be announced as the winner.

What This Means to Us

Winning this award it’s a powerful affirmation of everything we strive for at Virtually Golf. It underlines our commitment to:

What’s Next for Virtually Golf?

• Even more immersive events: we’ll be expanding and refining our events calendar, from women’s coaching evenings to corporate networking, community open days, and themed sessions.
• Monday night coaching sessions: continuing and growing our weekly junior and women’s coaching sessions on Monday evenings, a space for learning, connection, and progress.
• Facility upgrades & enhancements: we’ll keep investing in our simulators, training aids, and environment to ensure every visit feels premium and innovative.
• Stronger partnerships: we’ll deepen collaborations with organisations like love.golf, local business groups, and more to extend our reach and impact.
