Do I pay by the hour or per person?
Do I pay by the hour or per person?For standard bookings you pay per hour which allows up to 8 players per simulator.
Why can I not book online?
Everything should be set up to book online, however, if you have any issues please contact bookings@virtuallygolf.co.uk or call 01522 444 315.
Can I just walk in, or do I need to book?
We always recommend you book in advance to guarantee your simulator slot, but walk-ins are always welcome.
What's included in the bottomless bruch?
Join us for Bottomless Brunch – 2 hours of unlimited sim games, food, and drinks! Your booking includes 2 hours of simulator time from your start time, plus unlimited drinks and delicious pizzas served 2 at a time throughout your session.
Please drink responsibly – our staff monitor consumption and are within their right to slow down the pace of ordering or, in extreme cases, stop serving altogether without a refund. All drinks are subject to availability and exclude Double mixers, Champagne and shots. Book now for an unforgettable experience—good times and great food, all in one place!
What is the cancellation policy?
We’re sorry if you can’t make it, we’ll need 48 hours notice to entitle you to a full refund or to reschedule your booking.
Does it seem expensive?
Our standard pricing is targeted at simulator entertainment for groups of 4 people or more. However, for smaller groups or individuals you can pay as little as £45 for the month and play up to 2 hours a day! See our membership page.
